2. Seal all cracks.  

3. Thoroughly scrape any loose or peeling paint and/or stain. 

4. Cover all landscaping, bushes, windows and other non-painted or stained areas. 

5. Spray, brush, roll (or a combination of methods) the exterior surface. 

6. Brush and/or roll the trim (facia boards, doors, door frames, etc.)
